The mission of the College of Civil Engineering is stated as follows:
Provide a solid formation allowing graduates to develop the civil infrastructure the country needs as well as to be well prepared to adapt to social and technological changes through constant research and learning.
Vision
The vision of the College of Civil Engineering is stated as follows:
To be one of the leading institution in Latin America forming civil engineers and researchers with professional excellence, with competencies for developing and executing plans and projects as well as for technology development with technical and ethical solvency.
Given that the College of Civil Engineering has only one Program, the mission and vision statements of the Program are the same as those of the College.
