The Program Assessment Committee and the Specialized Advisory Board meet every year or as often as necessary, but also have continuous contact through informal meetings and electronic mail. The last two official meetings were held in years 2018 and 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The Industrial Advisory Board provides to the Program recommendations and advice on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Program mission and vision statements.<\/li>\n<li>Pertinence, sufficiency and applicability of Program Educational Objectives and Student Outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Market and workplace trends and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Future directions of the Program.<\/li>\n<li>Student performance feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Potential curriculum modifications.<\/li>\n<li>Program and university facilities and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The current Board consists of the following members:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Antonio Rosas, PhD, PM<br \/>\nEconomic Studies Division Head<br \/>\nPeruvian Federal Bank<br \/>\nMain monetary policy institution in the country<\/li>\n<li>Carlos Pastor, PhD, PM<br \/>\nResearch Center Director<br \/>\nInstitute of Mathematics and Related Sciences IMCA<br \/>\nMain mathematics research institution in the country<\/li>\n<li>Josep Vargas, PhD, PM<br \/>\nData Analysis and Modeling Office Head<br \/>\nPeruvian Geophysics Institute<\/li>\n<li>Manuel Torres, MSc, PM<br \/>\nDirector<br \/>\nLa Salle High School<\/li>\n<li>Jesus Babel, MSc, PM<br \/>\nTelecommunications Coding Development Researcher<br \/>\nINICTEL<br \/>\nNational Institute of Research and Training in Telecommunications  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"su-divider su-divider-style-default\" style=\"margin:15px 0;border-width:3px;border-color:#999999\"><a href=\"#\" style=\"color:#999999\">Go to top<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Mathematics Program has a Specialized Advisory Board composed by practitioner mathematicians with recognized professional experience.
